cksbmw I asked around about the COA and was told it was not legit. It must be signed by the artist or the agent / gallery that represents them. It also must have letter of authorization for the business entity to make a claim and it must have their name of insurer info to cover their business bond to sale it. I like the piece and if you could verify it by some other means I would be interested in buying it. Let me know
