71elvira Hi! I have one of this. Same problem. Small stains. I clean the stain marks off. With a bit of. Dawn dish detergent, With a couple drops of soap. A bit damp. On a soft micro-soft cloth. Gentle do it on a smaller stain. With a dry side cloth dry the wet part. Let it air dry. You’ll see it comes off. Unless are permit stains and old.

71elvira Do make sure the micro soft cloth won’t discolor with the soap. Dawn makes miracle stain marks off on a lot of things. Specially lip stick on the collar. When I stain my collars. Hopefully this stains come off. If you really wanna try it. My kids clean their white sneakers. With a soft tooth brush all around the front. With Dawn detergent on a small container with soapy warm water. My fingers cross for you! I Love this small back pack I have as well!
