Navy blue Rafael vintage cardigan with gold studs, threaded appliqués and rhinestones. There are shoulder pads sewn in. Has a sailor vibe to it. Size M. 65% polyester/35% cotton. Very soft. Has some minor pilling. Measurements: PTP: 24” Length: 28”
