marciacharlotte @asreman15 why did you offer $12 when I said you could have it for $20 flat? Unfortunately I can’t go lower than $20. I paid $40 for this bag.

asreman15 to me $20 FLAT would be all I pay, not $20 for the bag plus $7.97 shipping making it $27.97. With a $12 offer (as I was not allowed to offer $12.03) I would also have to pay shipping making it $19.97. The dimensions were not exactly what I am wanting so I will pass this time. Thank you for your time. I would suggest in the future that you initiate all offers to your buyers through poshmark to avoid this confusion.

marciacharlotte @asreman15 so then don’t purchase the bag, you are confused. I told you $20 flat you offered $12 after saying I’ll take it. I’ve been on poshmark for 9 years. That’s not how it works. The shipping prices are always there, it is not the sellers problem. Sometimes we can offer free shipping but it takes away from our profits.

marciacharlotte So why would I offer free shipping on an item that is already priced low. If you don’t have the money to buy something then why are you shopping around. Poshmark takes 20% off of our profits for themselves on every item even if it is $3.

marciacharlotte @asreman15 So if you offer $12 and I accept I only make $9.60. The bag i have is for $25 meaning I want $20 flat for it. But I was willing to offer it to you for $20 FLAT meaning you pay $20 + whatever your shipping fee is most likely $7.97 and I would then receive $16 for a bag I paid $39.99. In the future for other poshers don’t make offers if you don’t understand how it works here.
