I cannot believe what had happened today— All these years on Poshmark I have never encountered such an outrageous event. All my buyers and sellers that I have come across have been extremely kind and supportive— Until today. Current world pandemic is nothing to joke about, and it is extremely sad to see people like this that would use this tragic event as their racist tool. I will not tolerate this. I will continue to fight for the just outcome and do all I can to protect Poshmark community.

wtfyougoton Wow I am so so so so sorry you’ve had to deal with this...I don’t know what’s going on but I have experienced some covert racism on here lately. Please hold your head up, you’re not alone! And if you experience this again please tag me! I will report after I give them a good dragging! (And let me know when you are ready to sell again- your closet is awesome!)

qualitycost Sorry you dealt w that. POSHMARK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE. Can’t keep fake and counterfeit merchandise off site I hope they have better luck w a trashy racist. Sadly CS on platform is DEPLORABLE N SUB Par at best

Yah it’s so hard to rely on any of the CS to really solve this problem on the platform and just saddens me to see anyone resort to racism when a slightest inconvenience happens to them!! qualitycost @underbedpunk sadly platform is run so poorly that I am looking at other platforms more suitable for high end merchandise. Do t need to be bothered by bargain shoppers

michelangelolol @qualitycost yah I used to think posh is a great platform but somehow the quality has gone downhill while platform features got fancier.. it’s sad. Have you looked into Vestiaire collective? It’s not quite the same but it’s one I really enjoy using it when I browse for high end items :)
