RACHEL PALLY - Tropical leaf pattern skirt/Maxi 3X

This was never worn. NWOT. Never cut the hem. This was bought as skirt, but can be worn as maxi dress. Held onto it in case I decided to tailor it. Length: 52”. Waist/bust 18” Please note: My listings are all from my personal closet. I have recently lost some weight and need to release some clothing.
