R13 dress made with Liberty fabric. Cotton. Cool, western, feminine. I bought it from Rent the Runway via Amazon. I’ve worn it a few times. Would look cool over a turtleneck & jeans. I love it but it’s not quite me. Hope it works great for someone else. Btw, the label isn’t dirty — it’s just the style. It’s super cheap on Amazon. I’ve priced it below what they’re charging.
