This is a pair of R13 Cargo Culottes in a size 25 but these are much more suitable for a larger size, I wear a 27 and they are roomy. Actual measurements are 15 inch high waist, 18 inch rise (drop crotch) and 29 at widest hip area. Super cool harem styling these look great with crop tops. Please check size, these run big!! The pics are slightly different from actual shirts, these are most similar to the first photo, they just have less distressing on bottom. Worn lightly with no defects.
