houseofowl @candice_caldera waist: 13.5" (fits 27" on lower waist, not natural waist line), hips: 18" (fits 36"), rise: 8" (I would consider this as low rise), inseam: 28.5", total length from waist to hem: 36". Fabric: 98% cotton, 2% elastane. So it has some stretch on the hip and thighs area, not so much on the waist because of the waist band. Given the measurement, I think this fits size 0-2. A friend of mine told me this fits her (size 2) pretty true to size, low rise. Hope that helps :)
