These fit a 10-12. 10 with a belt I would guess comfortably without belt size 12. Great preloved condition. Uncertain of the size but almost positive they are a 12. Zipper is still zippy. I wear a belt and they fit me. Easy to move around and be mobile in. I would recommend a size 12 but look at measurements if interested
