Elastic along the top and smocking on the back so it is very stretchy. Hem is straight across the back but longer on the sides in the front. Skirt is very flowy and partially lined. Has a few loose threads inside but overall excellent used condition Lay flat PTP ~12, lots of stretch Length ~23 at shortest, 27 at longest
