THE SOFT LUSTER AND PLUSH, LUXURIOUS FEEL OF VELVET HIGHLIGHT THIS ELEGANT EMERALD-GREEN 2-PIECE EVENING SET, JACKET AND MATCHING PANTS, BY R & M RICHARDS, SIZE 8. It's gently pre-owned, in exc. cond.. The labels are not quite fresh and new looking (pictures #12 - 14), but it's otherwise free of defects, damage, or signs of wear. The jacket has padded shoulders, no collar or lapels, a 9-button closure in front, and an embossed pattern of botanical elements (stems and leaves) enhanced with shiny green glitter (pictures #9 & 10). The buttons are decorative, simulated gemstones, a large clear one in the center surrounded by smaller green ones (picture #11). The pants have a stretchy elastic waistband and are in the same plush emerald-green fabric as the jacket, but without the botanical pattern and glitter. The outer fabric is polyester 90% and spandex 10%, the "facings" (I think that's the botanical pattern) rayon 56% and acetate 44%. The stated size is 8, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a jacket and pants that they know fit well prior to purchase. Measurements for the jacket are: chest, pit to pit 20.25", stretches to about 22"; waist 19.25", stretches to about 21"; hemline 22"; shoulder 16"; sleeve 24"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 28". Measurements for the pants are: waist 12.5", stretches to about 15"; front rise 13"; rear rise 15"; hips 17.5", stretches to about 20"; hemline, each leg 7.5"; length (inseam) 29"
