Has lace & sequins around neck with ruching in between bust and waist . Waist has lace and sequins . Flare skirt of dress with triangle insert to add flare . Invisible center back zipper. 95%polyester , 5% spandex. This was supposed to have a jacket but it was not with dress. You are getting just dress . Underarm to underarm 18”. Waist 15”. Length 40”.
