Doesn't look like anyone even really wore them. With that said, the inside lining could be in better shape. The comic was printed on leather and over time leather gets a bit sticky and the print will rub off. You can see in the detail of the left shoe. But if you were to wear them, assuming, they're not just a collection piece, it'll rub off and then be fine most likely. The heel backing is still perfectly intact.
