Quoizel Inc # TF6018R Vintage Metal Standing Frog With Hanging Lantern Lamp. This whimsical lamp has a frog leaning against the lamp post which holds a hanging lantern light. Seeing it just makes you smile! The light has two levels of lighting that is control by a turn of its switch on the electrical cord. This lamp is in good pre-owned vintage condition with only a few areas of minor wear and tear given its age. Attached photos are considered part of conditon disclousure. The piece has an electrical cord with an in line on/off switch and yes the lamp lights. The date on the tag attached underneath the lamp indicates a code of E6 but it was not possible to confirm what this signifies. Quoizel Lighting brand was started in 1930 by Michael Chaikin in Manhattan but was acquired in 2019 by NBG Home, a home decor company. The company remains dedicated to designing high quality and decorative lighting fixtures and the brand is known for its high quality craftsmanship. The name Quoizel comes from astrology, having to do with the alignment of several planets at the time of the company's begining.
