jphillips8401 @claudiaangelina laying flat the waist measurement is 13 Inch accross without pulling any stretch. The top of waist band to seem in front is 9.5 inches. they don't look high wasted, maybe mid rise.

jphillips8401 small Petite waist band is 14 inch laying flat without pulling any stretch. the inseam from crotch to bottom on this new pair is 28 inch. Happy to measure more. let me know.
