New without tags. I only tried this on. It's been sitting on a hanger in my closet for a couple of years. There's a little bit of creasing on the jacket where the hanger was, please see photos. I decided it'll always be too big on me and that I will never wear it so I hope it can go to a good home. For reference, I'm 34" bust and 26" waist and I'm swimming in this thing. However, the sleeves fit just right. So if you are around my size or a little bit bigger and you want to wear a sweater or long sleeves under this, you might be okay with this size!
