I've looked at this online. I can't decide if I'm large or xl. can you tell me what size u wear and if this runs true to size or runs big?

they do run large so if you wear extra large, it’s a perfect fit but they do pull from the sides to get into a shape so it’s like both large and extra large, wearing person will fit into it,
yes, they do run larger than the size
