Quilted velvet jacket black, sequined

Quilted sequined jacket Velvet or velour fabric on top NWT Half sleeve with a ruffle Decorative button on front Pockets I can't read the tag, but it's a very pretty piece carefully done stitching. Says size 11. But it fits a 6-8.
