Quilted southwest shortsleeved jacket / jumper.

I bought this from a sustainable fashion pop-up market. Amazing quality, but no labels. There is no button or zipper so this is a layer piece. The material is pretty heavy and soft like velvet. This piece has a vintage feel but is newly made. I got this to go with a dress I already had but it doesn’t work. Hope someone else can find joy from it! S/M
