This is a 65% cotton and 35% polyester soft quilted jacket. It’s super warm and lightweight. The under arm to under arm is approximately 27 inches. The waist is about 22 inches across the bottom but does have a lot of stretch. The length is 25 inches. And the shoulders Are a slouch design
