Quilted bell sleeve dress

Fun quilted look dress with bell sleeves! Cotton poly blend with lots of stretch. Exposed dark color back zip with some nice shaper seams. Hits just above knee for me. Some piling but nothing a fabric shaver couldn’t fix.
