Quilted Velvety Vest

Nice black vest with embroidered details and quilted front. Patchwork of velour and silky materials. Back is silky with black-on-black rose pattern. Button front. Fits like a med/large. Measurements in pics. Small discoloration on back as shown and some tags have been removed. Great condition otherwise!
