tkirts Hi. I must be honest, I am really confused by the sizing you mention. Quicksilver men swim size XL is "usually" at "36" (not 40). And when you say the waist measurement is 21", is that just 21" across on the top/front side? Just want to be sure on sizing. Thanks.
