Quicksilver HiLo Skirt

Hi-Lo skirt, good condition, does have slight marks on the edge of bottom of skirt, just from being worn and touching the ground, but other than that great condition. Does have drawstring but it fell out, can easily be replaced, taking some off price for this. Has pockets. I wore this skirt as a dress with a belt as well.
