Makes pasta cooking simple and accurate. Fill the water over pasta about 1/2 to 1 inch but watch fill lines and try not to go over. Add a little salt to help boiling. Stir or move it a little before putting the covers on. Cook on high 14 minutes. It may boil over some but I have removable glass turn table that cleans easily. I cook spaghetti, macaroni, rotini in it and all turn out perfect. After cooking take to sink and set on the end where the drain holes are closest to until water stops draining and tip to fully drain. This is a new product - never been used.
