franceshsuan I am currently dealing with someone that seems to think that everyone is supposed to be perfect and no one makes mistakes. I shipped late and the post office didn't scan her package and she is harassing my other buyers, messaging me constantly, and won't accept any sort of proof I am willing to give her. It's very frustrating.

samakotori Awwwww I'm so new at this but that's so sweet of you and very true. Actually it should be said for everything not just pM. All the sites, real life situations... EVERYTHING! People seem to think it's great to be snarky all the time because it shows they are 'strong' and 'independent' or something. So sad. Let's be sweet and kind~!!ヾ(@⌒ー⌒@)ノ

kellikreager Omg so I was nosy and read your comments on the transaction with that HORRIBLE woman! I hope you know that you did absolutely nothing wrong!!!! Posh says to allow 5 days for the shipper so send out merchandise! I wanted to let you know that you handled the situation like a rockstar! Keep the good vibes going! ✌️

shaynamonster @franceshsuan I agree we should be able to review buyers I have had a horrible first week of poshing sometimes it feels like a shark tank. Rude buyers who refuse to respond then leave poor reviews are unfortunate as sellers we can't do anything about it. :( sad stuff we're all here for different reasons but we should all treat other users with respect. Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way.

My mom bought me an outfit for my BDAY which was Dec 6, seller failed to disclose that the sweat pants were like super extra huge and the top was super small.. We tried to return but were denied and the seller is ignoring us

jasmin_terri @franceshsuan we are stuck with a $75 outfit I can't wear, I feel horrible that my mom lost that money trying to get me a beautiful VS PINK outfit in m favorite Color (Green) my mom was also scammed out of $15O on another app!! You handle your situation beautifully. Love your "Drop The Mike" moment with the delivery notification!!

jasmin_terri @franceshsuan nope didn't get to review because Posh completed the transaction. Both my mom and I e-mailed Posh several times but they basically said sorry can't help you. And Actually the seller jumped all over us for requesting the return, then went silent

wlshop @shaynamonster oh my gosh I totally agree you should be able to review buyers! This week I sent an extra shirt to someone as a kind gesture and she gave me a 5 star rating but made a rude comment in the love note about how she thought the extra shirt was old and didn't fit her...I asked her to change her comment and then she took the comment off and gave me a 3 star rating

style859 @maux_lux this is well said. Poshmark just resolved case filed against me saying the buyer has to return leggings that are NWT because they are not the precise color of black she wanted.
