Quarter length blouse.

This is a cute blouse perfect for this fall but you could wear it any time of the year. It is white with floral accents and a western type feel. It has a soft leather Ross tie at the top middle, it is a fairly stretchy material the blouse has a vshape bottom, and quarter length sleeves with an elastic cuff. It’s absolutely beautiful.
