SPARKLING sequins are sewn in a tight linear pattern on sturdy sateen fabric which makes them comfy, not scratchy. Amazing fit, similar to any high end medium rise skinny jeans. Purchased at a high end boutique... no brand or size listed but they fit like a 25 or a small 26.
