Quality c 1945 necklace gem beads

there are knots between each bead. they do this for good pearls so if line breaks they aren't all lost there are goldtoned beads, wood beads round pink quartz and cubed stones. I dont know what this gem is. I can not find info on the internet. vintage and maybe rare? beautiful new condition
