Quaker Factory Red Shirt for USA Holidays Embroidered with Statute of Liberty XL

Size XL short sleeve red shirt that shouts Happy 4th of July, etc. measurements are 27” long and 22” pit to pit. Loaded with sparkles, crystals. Now look to middle of shirt front there is tiny white spot. I just laundered this in attempt to remove. Maybe you have better skills, but I am reducing the price. From $39 to $29 to s9!
