The neckline is round with blue rhinestones scattered around in shapes of leaves. I call the sleeves butterfly because when it's on and your arms are spread, it gives you the butterfly effect. The sleeves are not really long as they appear. I've worn them to dinner and not once did the get into the food from hanging down. Length is 26 inches and from the neck to the end of the sleeve is 18 inches. You can lift your arms and your bra won't show...think you ladies know what I mean. Tag says Xl but it fits a 1X too. if you look at the picture you'll see the arm length is no longer than the blouse. Non smoking, pet free home
