Qian Yi (Boutique) Embroidered Fit and Flare Dress Crinkle Cotton Red Mandarin

A mix of traditional and contemporary in this crinkle cotton blend dress from Qian Ye Se (I believe this is from the import boutique in LA) with mandarin collar, frog knot closure and basque waist with tie back for perfect fit. Medium red (I did my best with the colour) with gorgeous embroidery. Long sleeves with shaped, embroidered cuffs. This is missing the tag but retains the hanger - also the size label is clipped (I expect it had Asian sizing). As the tag is missing, I don't have exact content or care, but this feels like a cotton or cotton/poly mix with crinkle finish. Size: About a medium: Bust 36", hips full, length from shoulder 49" Condition: New, missing tag but has hanger, size clipped out. Care: I would hand launder this in cold and then line dry.
