QVC Melon Quacker Factory top

has 2 areas on inside that are like one in picture. U can’t see them from the outside. Beautiful and vibrant jacket with embroidery.peachy pink in color. It’s labeled L but I’m a 2x and it left unzipped it would fit me but zipped up it was too tight for a 2x. Any questions just ask?
