Dress is an Asian size L. It will fit US S M. The dress is very roomy and could fit up to a size 2XL. I'm a 2XL, I tried it on but I have big arms so it was very tight around my shoulder / armpit area. If somebody is handy in sewing, they could easily widen the armpit for the perfect fit.
