alypoe73 @macemoresybil I replied back in the customer support message idk if you can see it, if you want to cancel I can’t blame you I never expected this to happen and my phone did not show any notifications it has been terrible weather if I could have sent it day one I would have. The temp is expected to go up to 10 degrees tomorrow and hopefully I can get it out I can not apologize enough
