absolutely beautiful set from queen of sparkles. It is a baby blue top and short set. It has beautiful rhinestones on the sleeves and all over the shorts. I don’t believe any of the rhinestones are missing. GUC. And the shorts & top are a size XS. Super cute set to add to your closet!! This set retails for $180.
