QED London Fit and Flare Cocktail Dress

This fit and flare dress was purchased in London. The size shown in the photo is UK sizing - it is equivalent to a US size 4. The waistband is very flattering as it gives an hourglass shape. It also has some stretch to make it comfortable. The satin style skirt flares and twirls beautifully. I found the dress to be especially flattering on my petite frame and small chest.
