@suzyq120200 hi there! Armpit to armpit measures 18 1/2” and waist 18”. Keep in mind that the dress is pleated from yoke to hem. It can be almost considered a one size fits all. The belt is removable so the size is beyond flexible. The measurements I’m providing are taken on a flat surface but because of how it’s constructed, the bust measurement can stretch to 23”.
