Purple passion plant ROOTED

4 inch starter plant, rooted in soil. Gorgeous purple color. (bottom of pot - top of leaf = 4 inches) Comes planted in soil with the black plastic nursery pot with drainage holes. It will be packed and shipped with the soil and leaves protected. there is no guarantee that it will make it there in perfect condition, but I'll try my best when packing it to ensure a safe travel.
