qjessie @traybae the waist is 13-14 and the thigh is about "8" laying flat on one side..... I love it and would keep it if I had the breast for it ... super cute for any occasion. It is wide leg and stretches

qjessie @traybae the measurements are for one side laying flat... so it would be 28 for the waist and 26 due to the wide leg..... but that's for your interest and if you need anything else :)
