Purple and Gold Flower Stud Earrings

Bill Skinner stud earrings. I am not sure what the material is. Center stone is purple surrounded by a gold colored setting/finish. Pattern is of a flower. Does not come with backs to the earrings. Slight tarnish but only worn once or twice.
