Purple, Velvet Dress

Super cute dress I purchased from Forever 21 10+ years ago. I wore it maybe twice. The dress is a thick sheer material, lined from the waist down, and the pattern lines are velvet! Still in great condition, but it does have a few stains on the backside. I don’t know where they came from but they’re hardly recognizable. Waist is elastic, size small.
