There is a hand sewn strip of crystal rhinestones at the waist. The lined bodice is boned and there are thin padded bust cups. It is Sleeveless with a dropped, off the shoulder collar. Zipper in the back with a hook and eye closure. Fully Lined. There are 2 layers of white netting over the polyester lining of the skirt section. The fabric is Polyester, recommended NO washing. Only spot cleaning. Very Good quality in New slightly and gently used condition. The fabric under the arms is clean and crisp. No stains nor tears that I can see.
