sydney_503 @amytheturtle hi. I'm not sure about a size 3. I'm a 00, 0, 24, and xs almost always. Usually an 00, xs, and 24 at Express. Im usually a 1-2 if I wear child size ☺️ I hope that help.

sydney_503 @heatherzynha hi Heather. Photos are updated. I hate that posh only allows square photos 😩 I used the costume to wear as a day of the dead and leggings for work appropriate 😁 I still have the gloves and hat. There isn't a tag for size. But like the above comment. If you got an xs at express this will fits you. Hope these help ☺️
