scombes @sarah14325 can you tell me the fabric content and rise on these? Is there much stretch? Are they a true 27/4 or would you say they fit big or small? Thanks!

sarah14325 @kwelch1017 Hi there, I'm sorry i was out of town for the weekend. They don't say the rise on them but to me they are low to mid rise. They are stretchy but not extreme stretch. 98% cotton 2% spandex. Hope that helps. :)

sarah14325 @scombes I'm sorry, i never saw your comment. They are semi-stretch 98% cotton 2% spandex. Low to mid rise, doesn't say on them. I would say on the smaller side of size 4. Hope that helps :)
