poshchica1 @ckfeber it's regular. not soft or hard. the shoes are very comfortable. we love wearing them. I have 2 pairs, and my assistant has one in every color 😂

poshchica1 @ckfeber yes. all slippers we sell are meant to be worn outside. they are not house slippers, so they have regular shoe bottom.
