This backpack is amazing but I only used it twice to take things to work and am not in school. It can also be used as a carry-on bag to travel. So many compartments and all pockets reach to the bottom. It has the USB port so you can connect your phone and charge it while you walk without having to hold your external. The back pocket can be used to store the handles or as a pocket. The only defect it has is shown in the last picture that was taken. Other than that, it's in excellent condition!

@ladyrowanhood Hi, it's about 12.5" by 17" when I measure the body. When I measure the bottom its about 11.5" by 6.5".
