Pure Handknit unsized (S/M?) cowl neck flared hem sweater with metallic threads

Black knit cowl sweater with silver metallic thread woven throughout and a row of decorative non functional buttons down front. No size but I believe this is likely an oversized small to medium. Please see measurements and ask for any additional that would help. Some loose metallic thread here and there.
