New without tags (I took the tags off and then put it on to realize it doesn’t fit), kept in smoke free home. Size 1x two piece shirtdress. Outer piece has button from closure with tie belt, measures 40 inches from top to bottom; navy background with coral, orange, cream and tan pattern. Navy lining piece is 31 inches from top to bottom.
